Claire spent a number of years doing various fitness classes at different gyms, but not seeing any real change or progress. I introduced Claire to weight training and created a personal training plan including advice on diet and nutrition.
18 months later, Claire has drastically transformed her physique, adding muscle and getting much leaner in the process. She is now potentially thinking of competing on stage, after a lot of attention and positive comments in the gym.
I am really proud of the progress Claire has made and can't wait to see how far she can go. Claire is now a supporting coach at RPB Coaching.
